Please note that we cannot accommodate strollers. Participants must complete the course within 45 minutes. If you are unable to finish within this time, we kindly ask that you complete the race on the sidewalk to allow triathletes and duathletes a clear path to the finish line.

After the race, enjoy complimentary snacks, and visit the Life Sports Foundation Beer Garden presented by Seek Beer Co. & Margarita Garden, where for a small donation you can celebrate your achievement with a refreshing beverage and do some good for the many causes that Life Sports Foundation supports. Awards will be given in two categories: 40+ and 39 and under.
